Health Care Reform Legislation

The comprehensive health care reform legislation is actually two separate laws:  the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, P.L. 111-148, signed by President Obama on March 23, 2010 and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, P.L.111-152, signed into law on March 30, 2010.  The text of these laws is available from Academic Lexis Nexis,, and , as well as other sources (see below).
